Steven McMillan
STEVEN MCMILLAN

Bravehearts Owner, Personal Trainer & BBBOC Licensee

Steven is a natural born motivational leader who eats, sleeps, and breathes fitness! Steven will share his infectious obsession with you so whether or not you already have a passion for boxing, he will get you into the best shape of your life and ensure you are never bored!

Steven loves to communicate with others and loves to help his clients improve (physically and mentally). He has performed to an elite level in many sports with his biggest achievement being the completion of the 2018 Ironman Triathlon event in Bolton (2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile run)!

Steven has climbed over 90 Munro’s, completed numerous triathlons and has cycled over 156 miles from the gym in Hamilton to Mallaig on the west coast of the Scottish Highlands. He also holds the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBOC) Trainer/Second Licence.

Meeting new people!

BETH ARTHUR

Owner of
Team Betty Personal Training

Beth has been a PT for seven years, starting as a group fitness instructor for South Lanarkshire Leisure teaching spin, body combat and body pump. 

Beth also worked for a large fitness provider as a Fitness Advisor before becoming a self-employed personal trainer and teaching fitness classes and boxing to junior girls.

Beth excels in boxing specific training for fitness and often includes high intensity fitness training techniques, technical boxing and boxing conditioning in her workouts.

Competent in all aspect of training, Beth enjoys training both adults and children.

As a personal trainer, Callum specialises in Muay Thai, boxing, strength and conditioning training and weight loss.

He has been coaching Muay Thai for over five years and loves to integrate the concepts and values of the discipline into his client workouts.

Derek is a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, boxing coach and Muay Thai coach. He specialises in strength/conditioning and weight loss. 

Derek’s career involved 10 years in the army – representing his regiment and the forces in the ring at cruiser weight.

Owner of Exiles Muay Thai Club since 2012, Derek spent a year in Thailand learning to coach, and fought in Thailand too. He returns every year to the same gym with his students so they can learn from the same coach (Kru) that taught him.
